We are Bryndon’s nearest neighbors, boardering his existing campground, and we believe this new development would be beneficial to the area.

People should be allowed to build what they want on their land as long as it is outside the community.

I love coming to Wandering River and relaxing at my camper. I think this would be a great way to pass some time and support local business.

I’ve been a camper in Wandering River for the last 8 years. We love it there! This would be a great addition to the town. More activities for everyone and more fun things to do. Economic Development is not a bad thing!

Do you know how many weekend warriors as you call us love wandering river and have bought property there ourselves as that is where we want to retire someday.
The lovely ladies at the garden market is thriving because of us warriors.
You only have to look at the people from your own community . We had a farmer from there come into a camp ground driving his tractor loaded looking for the pub no lights on how many people did he put at risk driving a big equipment drunk and in the dark?
Before you condom as weekend warriors you need to look into your back yard first

My husband and I are life-long residents (50 years) and campground owners (11 years). We fully support Bryndon’s development plans for a small no ATV park, driving range, mini golf and water sport rentals. The county has permitted campgrounds and camping on private property in Wandering River so whether the community likes it or not, campers are here to stay. Community members want something for ‘weekend warriors’ to do other than ride ATV’s so I’m not sure what part of this plan didn’t address that. WR is beautiful and we should be encouraging ‘out of the box thinking’ and unique developments like this. I hope the county takes another serious look at his application and reconsiders his request to rezone his property.

To the guy talking about theft littering and poaching..I think you are just a disgruntle person and just don't like to see people succeed..I have been a camper in wandering river for almost 12 years and I never hear or see anything you are talking about..and it seems like you just have something against the people of Fort McMurray by the way you are saying it..those camp grounds are made up off people from all over.even Edmonton..and we are not weekend warriors like you are saying we are mostly all hard working families who like a place to get away to and relax..I think it's time for you to act like a human being and get a life and stop being so rude.

If any person as land he should have the right to develop. It should not be a no decision as any business in small communities helps to keep them going.

In time when jobs are scarce and economy is week we need to deploy venture capitalism support our local economy and create positive outlooks for youth and adults alike to spend them time doing health activities.
Denying this tax paying, law abiding citizen the right to create positive change in community is disgusting. Please allow him to grow the community continue fullfill his dreams.
