We, the Homeowners of Sunridge Pointe would like our Association Dues reduced. We do not agree with the two recent increases. The Association does not provide the services rendered by Bobby Roberts, when he served as President ( before the increases ). Therefore we do not wish to pay for them. Dues went up, Services went down. We choose to pay for services provided only, which include dumpsters, lights, and landscaping. We, as homeowners do appreciate all efforts made by the board on our behalf, however, WE WANT OUR VOICES HEARD.
