why do i have to pay brokerage for a renewal?? this is complete nonsense and it needs to stop.
total greed. the rent goes up every year regardless of the market. something needs to be done about these agreements.
brokers in mumbai are legit criminals. they just want to loot people for no reason and owners dont care at all.
plz help us. it is exhausting dealing with these people every single eleven months.
finding a place as a single person is impossible. landlords act like we are doing something wrong just by existing.

moving here for work was a mistake because of these rental prices. we are being treated like atm machines for brokers.
