At present the University of Sheffield has no dedicated climbing club, which is pretty shocking considering how alive the climbing scene is here, amount of crazily strong people who have attended the university and how much the sport has EXPLODED over the past few years. A group of psyched climbers are currently trying to set up a new club which will allow students to fully take advantage of the amazing climbing opportunities that Sheffield has to offer, but in order to make this a reality we need to seriously impress a panel and make them understand why we want this. An excellent way of showing your support would be to take a couple of moments to quickly sign our petition, the signatures will then be incorporated into our presentations a way of proving interest and demand in the club.
