The administration has acknowledged our petition and requested a meeting to discuss the Saturday school proposal. I am currently drafting a formal response to ensure our position on academic equity remains the primary focus of this discussion.

This is ridiculous. I show up to every class on time, everyday. But I sure the school can't explain why altogether I have 44 unexcused absences.
Students should not be forced to attend extra school if they are late to class, if a student has online assignments due, they wouldnt even be allowed to work on it during this time. But if you dont do work you will be given work, if you are forced to attend yoy should at least be allowed to do work you need to do. Most assignments are online nowadays
This is ridiculous. The weekends are for family/friend time. Most people that go to Lebanon high school have jobs and can't go for "tardy/absence" reasoning.
This is the DUMBEST idea I've ever heard of! People who skip, aren't going to come outside of school hours. Also, people like me, im late sometimes because of vehicle problems, or stuff that happens at home. I can't control that, then you expect me to make it up on Saturday and Wednesday? You wanna know my work schedule? Saturday 7am-6pm Wednesday 1pm-7pm every other day, 3:30pm-7pm. I'm not gonna not show up to work for your dumb ideas. I will show up for normal school hours. I may be late every now and then. I'm not going to show up late afternoon Wednesday, and morning times on Saturday. I'm sorry, but for those who work, its not going to happen.
We're taught that extending the work week of a person actually makes us less productive and gives us more of an opportunity to make mistakes. This is hypocritical. And seventh day adventists wouldn't be able to participate. This is against religion.

It's not teachers it's the district trying to in force there system of teaching memory and obedience without questioning there reasons kids are trained to listen to cops and government no matter how wrong it is and as another part I thing segregated was good use safer school kids r set apart from rest as if there a bad student or not as good as others and they can inflict this even if we fail just spread word that they have to voice to school Saturday is the day of God and can not by religious law go to school on the day of worshipe so if this fails spread the word of how to stop it still - ur truly one of many anonymous- we are legion

Saturday school is stupid it's taking time from kids to have fun without having to stress over school.
