The university has officially committed to revising the Hazel Farm bus schedule to ensure we can reach our classes on time. This outcome reflects the persistence of the 106 people who joined this effort to address our daily frustrations. We should remain attentive to the rollout of these changes to …
As we are all aware, there are many problems that are caused by the bus service that runs from Hazel Farm to the university. Given that it is an area mainly dominated by students, we find it extremely difficult to attend many of our lectures and tutorials on time. This is simply due to the "missing buses" or "late buses." This is a time of change and to voice your opinion we would like you to sign this petition to show your displeasure in the bus service.
Buses are missing or late all the time except when there is zero traffic. The ticket prices are way too high, yet there are the same number of busses running at rush hour (from 4 to 6 pm) as at 12-2pm for example. As a result busses are overcroded at rush hour and sometimes people are unable to get on the bus after waiting for an hour

There needs to be more direct buses from hazel straight to the university. the bus app is useful but doesn't seem to let me accurately know when buses are running late :-/

Accom team need to take this problem seriously. This is an university accommodation. They should make sure that students are capable of getting to classes on time. Now even 126 is also late! What if it is late on our exam date?

I find it highly unfair that Manor Park, which is a maximum 15minute walk from the University campus has a bus service every 10minutes, whilst Hazel Farm has only three buses an hour. Many of these buses come late and on numerous occasions waiting on Egerton Road just down from the Hospital; 27s are taken out of service and sent straight back down into the city centre

I'm sick of waiting hours for a bus. Also Manor Park students occupying the 27 bus service from Uni (especially at 16:00-18:00 period), leaving Hazel Farm students behind at bus stop.

The busses really are bad, I've waited for a bus for 20minutes and then it disappears off the screen and I have to wait for the next bus which is almost always at least 5minutes late. So i am often waiting around a hour
