I am concerned that the project would increase the amount of tar sands oil in Ontario, which creates more greenhouse gas emissions than conventional oil and is more corrosive and dangerous to transport. It would also threaten Ontario's energy security by limiting our sources of oil.
Please use your regulatory authority to ensure a transparent, comprehensive review of the proposed pipeline reversal that considers the interests of First Nations, landowners and the public.

I have been spending my nights reading the stories of people who live along the path of these pipelines and the fear they feel is overwhelming. This is not just about policy for us because our homes and water are at stake if these plans move forward. I am currently compiling your concerns into a formal brief to ensure the regulators cannot ignore the risks we face.

The momentum behind this push to protect our land is growing faster than I ever anticipated. Seeing so many people recognize the risks of Line 9 gives me real hope for the future of our province.

Line 9 is a disaster waiting to happen. Terrible for the environment.
Think about the future generations! Stop putting profits over our water and environment.
Enough with the pipelines already. We should be investing in clean energy not more dirty oil moving across our land.
So tired of these big companies doing whatever they want while we deal with the fallout. Reject this application.

This is just a bad idea. We dont need more tar sands junk flowing through our province. Stop this now.
