The county has revoked the permit for the topless bar on Grand Avenue. This win belongs to every neighbor who signed and showed up at the board meetings. Stay vigilant and keep checking our community portal for updates on future development projects near the subdivision.
SAVE OUR NEIGBORHOOD
From Sexually Oriented Businesses
An application has been submitted and approved for development by Travis County to permit a Sexually Oriented Business (a topless bar) to be built on the lot at Grand Avenue Parkway and Vision Dr. (across from Graham Central Station). This lot is approximately a quarter of a mile from North Park Subdivision in Pflugerville. We are asking the Board of Developers for this business and Travis County to reconsider and cancel their permit for a Sexually Oriented Business to be developed here.
We do not want this type of establishment being built so close to our neighborhood, family, and children. We support economic and retail development in our area, but we do not want a Sexually Oriented Business so near to our community. I understand by signing this petition I am against the development of this Sexually Oriented Business and the permit granted by Travis County.
The local board has ignored our attempts at formal communication regarding the Grand Avenue site. Call the Travis County offices today to demand answers about why this permit was approved near our families. Post the link to this page on Facebook and tag your local representatives so they cannot ignore the growing opposition.

The momentum behind this effort proves that our neighbors refuse to accept this development at Grand Avenue and Vision Drive. Now is the time to turn this energy into action by emailing your Travis County representative and demanding they reconsider the permit.

TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. My property value is going to tank if they let this happen.

Not in our backyard. There are plenty of other places for that business to go that arent right next to a subdivision.

This is a family neighborhood with school buses running past there all day. Why would they ever think this is a good spot for that kind of place?

Keep this garbage away from our kids. We have enough traffic already without adding that mess to grand ave.
