We the undersigned are opposed to the establishment of a strip club in our community. Our community is targeted for the opening of an Adult Entertainment Venue (Cabaret/Strip Club) at 3384 and 3388 S. Robertson Boulevard and 8922 Ellis Avenue, Los Angeles, California 90034. The impact of this type of business establishment is contrary to the desires of residence and businesses within the community. It deteriorates the economic & social growth of the community. We have Hamilton High School just north of the proposed business address. There are Churches and childrens Parks within the vicinity. The stopping of traffic from valet parking service will slow down the path of travel to a halt and create risk for injury and accidents. This neighborhood is the Gateway to the South Robertson, Palms, Cheviot Hills and Culver City Communities. The upcoming EXPO LINE will have a rail stop at this junction. The potential concerns for drunkenness, drug sales, prostitution, loitering & greater crime risks are at stake.
