Residents of Dearborn Heights shouldn't have to be afraid of letting their animals and children in their backyards. Yet they are because of the out of control rat problem in the City. Let the City administration and council know that you are no longer willing to live with this problem and you want a solution Now. This petition is in no way saying that the ordinance department isn't doing a wonderful job they are. What we do need is immediate, action, on this server problem. Ask the administration and council to hire outside Vector control until the City's own ordinance department has certified Vector Control officers.
