The silence from the parliamentary office is getting louder but honestly it only makes me feel more certain that we have to keep pressing on this. I am buried in emails from people sharing their own experiences with these policies and every story just reiterates why this bill is such a massive overreach of authority.

I never thought we would actually see this much momentum moving in our direction but here we are and it is honestly kind of overwhelming to look at the screen today. So many people have reached out to share their own stories about why this bill is such a disaster and reading through those notes is making me feel like we might actually have a real shot at pushing back against this nonsense.

Unchecked power never leads to anything good. Vote this down now.
completely agree with this. the government has enough power already without changing the law to make it worse for everyone.
This is going way too far. Everyone deserves a fair go and this bill just smells wrong.
total rubbish. why are they trying to sneak this through when nobody wants it???

my grandparents came here for a better life and this bill would have stopped them. sad to see where things are headed.
