The court finally rejected Bielicky's pathetic attempt to shorten his sentence. He stays behind bars where he belongs and justice is actually served for once. Keep watching this space because we will make sure he faces every single day of the time he was given.

Martin Bielicky was three times over the drink drive limit when his Rover MG2T car crashed  into a wall. He was jailed for six years and banned from driving for eight months after admitting death by dangerous driving. He will only serve half.

Lynn would like to let every one know that Martin has lodged an appeal against his sentence, even though he 3 years he will serve isnt enough. So would every one to leave a clean comment so she can take this to the high court with her to appeal against him. Thanks

Two hundred and fifty people have now rejected the idea that Martin Bielicky deserves anything less than his full sentence. The justice system thinks they can quietly let him walk out early but these numbers prove we are watching closely.

My heart breaks for the family. No way should he be out early after taking a life. Unbelievable.

Total joke of a justice system. Doesnt even serve the full time for killing someone? He should feel lucky he is getting fed and housed while the victim is gone.

Three times over the limit and only 3 years? That is a total slap in the face to the family. He needs to stay behind bars for the whole sentence at least.

Keep him in jail!!! He was driving drunk and killed someone, he should not get any days off his sentence.

Disgusting. People like this clearly dont learn their lesson. Keep him locked up.

Absolutely not. Six years was already way too short for ending a life. He needs to serve every single day.
