Yes, Stop Section 6 of Peleg's Point residental developement off of Neck-O-Land Road, in James City County, Virginia. Reason 1: Loss of Wetlands Reason 2: Wash-Out of Neck-O-Land Road

Updates

July 10, 2007

I really never thought this would gain so much traction when I started typing this out in a fit of frustration but wow looking at the momentum now is actually kind of wild. It just goes to show how many people are genuinely worried about the road washing out and those wetlands getting bulldozed so let's keep riding this wave until people actually start listening to us.

Ridiculous to even consider building here. The road cant handle the current traffic let alone more houses.

Enough with the overdevelopment! My basement floods enough as it is. Leave the land alone.

This area is pure wetlands. Building here is just asking for a sinkhole or some other nightmare. Stop the construction.

Neck-o-land road is already a disaster every time it rains. We do not need more pavement pushing water onto our property.
