The city finally abandoned the roundabout plans and agreed to re-evaluate the intersection. It was a long road to get here but we stopped it. I will keep watching to ensure they actually stick to their word.
We are petitioning to stop the proposed construction of the roundabout at the Grimes Bridge/Norcross roads and to re-evaluate the needs of the intersection improvements.
Reaching this volume of support feels heavy because it confirms so many of you share my exhaustion with this project. I am tired of fighting these officials but the momentum building here is enough to keep me moving forward another day.

That intersection is fine as it is. A roundabout is just going to be a total nightmare during rush hour. Traffic is bad enough already.

Are you kidding me. The traffic flow is already a disaster and this is just gonna add to the confusion. Fix the potholes instead!

Total waste of tax money. They never listen to us about what we actually need fixed around here.

Please leave it alone. We dont need construction for the next two years for something nobody asked for.
