If your sex conviction is expunged and you were less then 5 yrs apart and dont have to follow the school laws by the michigan law books then I belive that you should not have to register with the state of michigan. I hope and pray that the people of the state of michigan have a heart and an understanding that not all convicted sex offenders are out there to get your children.
