I am signig this petition because I want to protest John Weiland Homes and Neighborhood Management Association, enforcement of the neighborhood rules.  They failed to follow the rules themselves, enforce rules against some but not all and have failed to provide the services/amentities promised.  By siging this petition I am hereby requesting that John Weiland Homes, Neighborhood Management Association and their agents stop enforcing rules that they don't follow themselves, that they don't enforce against all homeowners, and that they provide all contracted services/amenities as promised.
