The City of Warsaw has drafted the most unbelievable, overreaching ordinance we have ever seen. It will critically impact our middle class and devastate the lower income folks. It is purely unconstitutional and MUST be stopped. We believe the Constitution still applies to homeowners and they should not be forced to live under "Homeowner Association" standards.

Are you willing to help stop this overreaching ordinance? Sign this petition so we can deliver it to City Hall.

The goals for adequate housing and attracting businesses are admirable. However it is wrong to take away liberty from the citizens. Regulatory solutions may sound great at first glance. However more regulations walk us from free market solutions to command economy bureaucracy.
