'Stop Vape Ban' is an initiative from the Mauritius Vaping community to;
1) advocate the health benefits that electronic cigarettes (ecigs) has over conventional cigarette to adults of 18+ age;
2) receive testimonies of the effectiveness of ecigs in ones life;
3) to oppose the Tobacco Control Unit (TCU) and/or the MOH rulings of banning ecigs in Mauritius.

Vaping has helped me from being smoke free for 1 year. I've started with 12 Mg nicotine to now zero nicotine. The govt should follow the UK on how they promote vaping for alternative to smoking instead of trying to ban. Regulate Vaping so that only quality products get into the market.
WHO, NHS and other organisation agree that vaping is 90% or more safer than normal cigarettes. Why are they banning one of the most effective smoking alternative from us?
Just take a look at the stance of the most developed countries in the world when it comes to vaping. These countries base their decisions on facts and real studies. Regulate it, tax it, and you have a healthier population, while keeping your inflow of tax intact.

Étant Franco Mauricien et possédant 6 boutiques de cigarettes électroniques en France je peut vous dire que la cigarette électronique est le meilleur moyen pour arrêter de fumer , il faudrait juste un contrôle qualité sur les cigarettes électronique ainsi que les liquides !
A ban on vaping is in opposition with public health principles and the simple freedom to access an healthier lifestyle for [would be/ex] smokers instead of tobacco smoking. And as a potential tourist I would not include Mauritius in my destinations list if vaping is banned.

Vaping should not be banned. Govt is earning less on Cigarette Tax as a large number of people have move on to vaping.so they are trying to banned vaping for the vapers to move on cigarette again. We should not let this happen.
