I had been smoking cigarettes since I was 17 thanks to Vaping I have been freed from cigarettes my health has improved significantly I was getting massive headaches and getting sick all the time from cigarettes since I stopped 7 months ago I have NOT been sick once I no longer get headaches I have massive amounts of energy I feel healthier my taste buds are back and food is a taste sensation of explosion and this is all thanks to Vaping ..... I had been trying for years to get off of cigarettes and nothing else worked I have NOT had one single cigarettes in 7 months I haven't even felt like one !!!!!

After smoking for 40 years I am now over 6 weeks cigarette free. Without a doubt my health is already improving. I can breathe deeper than I have in years, my nicco stained fingers are clean, my taste is coming back and I feel great. No more ash and stink to contend with. I even think my teeth are getting whiter by the day. Vaping is definately the most successful method to give up smoking that I have ever tried. The only downside that I can see is the ill informed attitude of the Australian government that can't or won't recognise the benefits to the Australian public health system that vaping can and will provide. Let's hope that they can put health before taxes and see the benefits of a more healthy Australian public through more vapers and less smokers. VAPE ON AUSTRALIA!

I smoked for 20 years and paid untold amounts of tax on each packet of cigarettes over those years.I have now been vaping and cigarette free for 12 months and refuse to let any government tell me I cant vape. We live in a democracy and I will vape till my heart stops and it wont be due to heart disease or lung cancer.

Less harmful than cigarettes and alcohol. Helps people quit. Less burden on our public health system

Hate that non smokers tell smokers how to quit. Australian legislation should support vapers in every state and territory not put the industry down and make it hard for people to vape. Vaping saved my husband from quite a few health issues. Circulation improved as well as his lungs and heart...increased energy and overall quality of life.. he has been smoke free now for 6 years and loves it.. Tobacco kills billions... allow nicotine ejuices to be sold within Australia and don't group it with smoking, this is about peoples ease of access to quit smoking and their rights to vape instead of smoke.... Smoking is dead, vaping is the future... wake up Australia! NZ and the UK have embraced vaping, let's look at the science and follow their lead....

Vapeing saved my leg from being cut off. Since I started vapeing my health has improved so much,when I smoked I couldant go for long walks,I was out of breath.I coffed in the mornings and had problems getting a deep breath.I was always searching for a full breath.I had pins and needles in my hands and razor blades in my legs,my feet useto ake and was always cold,until one day I had problems even getting out of bed at night from razor blades because of no circulation. All this went after a year of vapeing,my doctor told me I would loose my leg,vapeing saved my leg and my life,I say no to big Tabaco and no to all those who support it,all over greed of money.And I thank the vapeing community. Seperate we fall !!! United we "stand"!!!

I understand why JUUL and others have had to remove “flavored” pods, based upon current political pressures. However, I would like to relate my story. I smoked “bidis” in college, until they were outlawed by the flavored tobacco act. I then moved to Djarum Lights clove cigarettes, until they were also eventually unavailable. I then started buying Djarum L.A. Lights directly from Indonesia, but had to buy 5 cartons at a time for the shipping cost to make sense. It was also inconvenient. Eventually I started smoking the Terrible Djarum clove “cigars” that you can buy in the U.S. at convenient stores. They are so heavy, but because they are sold in packs of 12, wrapped in tobacco leaves, labeled as cigars and taxed differently(more), they were still available. During this time, I can’t tell you how many bouts of bronchitis/sinusitis I had, which resulted in many rounds of antibiotics/steroids/etc. I understand that at this point, people would just say “quit,” but I wasn’t ready to stop. JUUL mint saved me from that. From the time I had my first over a year ago, I have had ZERO bronchial issues. I am PISSED OFF that as an almost 40-yer-old adult I cannot get access to the thing that has helped break me from combustible, cancerous cigarettes. I am incensed that the mass hysteria caused by the media about teen vaping and lung problems has caused this action. Especially now that it’s almost certainly been determined that the cause was black market products containing THC and additives such as vitamin E oil that caused the problem in the first place. Why about those of us who have greatly benefited from the option vaping provided?

A ban on vaping ? Why not alcohol ? Causes much more death and pollution ,or ban cigarettes,and tobacco smoking ! The only reason people want to ban it is because they are self righteous and think they should have laws to enforce their power starved egoistic lives.
