we actually pulled it off and the project is officially off the table. im so thankful because this really shows what happens when we refuse to back down. keep an eye on the council meetings though since we still need to make sure the next proposal is actually done right.

Bexley is about to push through 2 new "affordable housing projects".

The info around these projects has been obscured and misrepresented.

Many in the Bexley community opposed specific aspects, yet the projects are continually being pushed through without guarantees of addressing valid concerns.

We ask the Bexley government to stop THIS project immediately because of significant risks that haven't been acknowledged nor mitigated.

Bexley needs better affordable housing, but not a hastily proposed project that isn’t good for Bexley as a whole, including the future tenants that will live in these apartments.

Bexley can, and should, do better than this. (and do NOT send $, even if asked!)

Completely opposed to being railroaded into an unsuitable project with overcrowding and a total lack of parking in both locations. I have lived in Bexley for 68 years. My grandparents came here in 1904. My children and grandchildren live here. Let’s work with a highly rated company and make the public aware every step along the way.

Bexley can do much better. Community involvement and proper planning, placement and scale will ensure new affordable housing in Bexley is a positive for all involved. This plan is not the one and will set a horrible precedent for the future development of Bexley, if it moves forward.

This project is attempting to put too much density into too small an area without due regard to the significant impact to the immediate community and the safety of the project's residents.

I believe Bexley should offer affordable housing options. Livingston is too dangerous with speeders; adding density would not improve safety issues on this street. Let’s find a safer location for this—Main at Parkview? Parkview at Caroline? Affordable housing shouldn’t be relegated to the most dangerous street in Bexley.

These projects are ridiculous because they don’t solve the main objective of affordable housing. So why are they trying to rush through these projects? The problems are not being addressed and there many (not enough parking, no place for children to safely play, the buildings don’t fit in with the surrounding neighborhoods, etc)

When we replaced our windows and later added addition, we had very strict guidelines to keep with historic look of Bexley.....this building is nowhere close to the look of other housing! I also fear for safety of children on Livingston.....not a safe location.

Schools overcrowded. Creates a traffic problem.

TERRIBLE DECISION TO BUILD ON THE CORNER OF LIVINGSTON AND FRANCIS. TOO MUCH TRAFFIC AND SPEEDING DRIVERS.
