Regarding lots 28 and part of lost 29 and 30, Concession 15, Geographic township of Harvey with an approximate area of 432 acres fronting on Ledge Rd. I the undersigned, do hereby notify the council of the township of Galway- Cavendish and Harvey that I am opposed to an amendment to the official plan. The purpose of the zoning bylaw amendment is to change the zoning on the subject lands from "rural" to "Extractive Industrial" (EI) special district zone.
