This petition will be presented at our next council meeting on Monday, October 19th of 2020 to prevent the development of a 148 multi-family unit across from Blue Blaze Brewing, at the start of the greenway. Not only will this building be an eye sore and overcrowd our community but it will also heavily increase traffic flow on our narrow streets, interrupt greenway activity, and possibly raise neighborhood taxes in the future. Also, there aren’t enough resources in the area to accommodate such a large number of people and a tall building such as this one could present issues for it’s neighboring single-family homes. Please support us in this movement to keep our community safe, clean, affordable and friendly.
