I am honestly overwhelmed by how many people took the time to step up and join this effort today. This surge of energy belongs entirely to you because I never imagined this would grow beyond a few concerned friends.

As an adult learner at UTK, I am deeply offended by this possible hire. If Schiano is hired at UT in any capacity, I will not donate any money to the university.
At a loss for words! Seriously so pissed and will not support a man who let a child rapist go unknown just so he wouldn't lose his job
Really, this hire shows me that you all no longer are interested in football. If he is hired I’m done with Tennessee football.
STOP THIS INSANITY!!!!
Honesty, integrity and moral values is the building block of any great thing. From reports I have read, this guy is NOT it. Please hire someone else.
The university does not need anyone else tied to scandals, especially of this nature coming here.
How can UT support this hire knowing he did not help abused children at Penn?

If you think the stadium had a lot of empty seats after yesterday’s game, you hire him and see what happens. There won’t even be 1/2 a stadium filled and you may as well chuck your plans for your new renovations. TN will never be able to rebuild if you hire him.
