Fabletics are taking £44 a month out of people's accounts without authorisation once they've purchased something from their site - it's an absolute scam.
Sign the petition if it's happened to you and let's get them reported to Trading Standard and Advertising Standards Authority.
The stories coming in are identical and infuriating. We are currently compiling this evidence to submit to the regulators.

The momentum is undeniable now. Fabletics can no longer ignore this many people who have been misled.

They took £1,200 in "credits" from my daughter over 2 years then refused to refund £500 of "expired" credits. Daylight robbery!

I got scammed 90 pounds due to two months of not skipping. I am 17 and they make it extremely difficult to cancel even though I’m under 18 and they shouldn’t be taking money anyway.

They took cerca 50€ from my account and 30 days later I am still waiting for a refund. They just keep passing me around one another and saying I need to wait longer for my refund. They have disabled reviews on their facebook pages because they are cowards.

Fabletics use unacceptable, unclear "opt-out" selling tactics - no different from discredited PPI sales processes.

Didn't even realise I'd signed up to be a member until I noticed the monthly fee coming out of my account. I rang expecting a refund but they'll only give me back 2 months out of 3. Terrible customer service.

They never reminded me to skip this month and I'm ONE DAY past the deadline and they already charged me. There is NO way to get a refund, you can only use the credits on their site.

this should be against the law. A total theft of my money
