We call on Shopee to immediately stop restricting and shadow-banning discount vouchers for paying Shopee VIP subscribers, restore locked vouchers, and offer full refunds where advertised benefits were revoked.
Together, we are submitting this petition to the Consumer Claims Tribunal (TTPM) and the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) to hold Shopee accountable for stripping away voucher access after collecting monthly subscription fees. Shopee must immediately restore locked voucher access, provide clear usage policies, and issue full refunds to all paying members who were denied their advertised subscription perks.
Malaysian consumers demand transparency and accountability. Charging an RM6.99 monthly subscription fee across an estimated 50,000 subscribers generates RM349,500 every single month (over RM4.1 million annually) for Shopee. Taking upfront subscription money while silently blocking users from redeeming the promised discounts is unfair and deceptive. Sign this petition to join our collective complaint to TTPM and MCMC.

I have subscribed since April and have paid for 6 months now. I only use it once or twice a month and on lower ticket items. Two days ago I noticed the 30% is no longer available. The only voucher is 10% which is same as non VIP. Why would anyone pay subscription fees to get the same vouchers as non vip???? So I cancelled it two days ago immediately.
Respected Dear Sir/Maam, I want to complain about Shopee VIP vouchers, they said there is 30% voucher, but I can't get any at all, previously there was 30% voucher but now it is not available at all although they are claiming it is there. Your kind cooperation and consideration regarding this matter is highly appropriate it. My sincere regards.

I have subscribe Shopee VIP until next year March 2026. Now all vouchers missing without notification just because of using vouchers to buy things. It is ridiculous as I subscribe VIP because I need to use the vouchers.
