I understand that there has been a request for land development made in connection with the land known as “Tank Car Corporation” located on Walnut Avenue in Oreland, Pennsylvania. I understand that this land development request has been made for the purpose of storing/operating a bus company on the land known as “Tank Car Corporation” located on Walnut Avenue in Oreland, Pennsylvania. I would like this application for land development to be denied. I would urge the Commissioners of Springfield Township, the Zoning and Planning Committees and any other Committee of the Township involved in this decision, deny this application for land development.
