Stop the cluster housing development slated for Black Meadow Road right next to our community. This development threatens to destroy the open area concept that currently exists in our own community of Black Meadow Farms as well as along Black Meadow Road. Our water supply could potentially become contaminated and our wells may run dry. These are just some of the potential concerns that were raised at this week's Chester Planning Board meeting.
