The amendment of 969 will add 3 more stops along Tampines Ave 9 and Tampines Concourse when 969 is already 3 quarter filed at Tampines Interchange which means a even more packed bus or even missing a bus due to full bus.This will also increase the time required to reach a certain destination by up to 10 mins.

This will make my commute home every night so much worse. Already cant get on the bus sometimes at the interchange.

Seriously? 10 mins longer is a huge deal when you have work early. Bad move SMRT.
