Stop Spraying Glyphosate (Round-Up) and Any Poison in West Chester, PA School Playgrounds

The concerned citizens of West Chester, PA demand that glyphosate (Round-Up) no longer be sprayed on the West Chester school playgrounds where our children play.
There is literature from multiple sources, including from the World Health Organization, labeling glyphosate (Round-Up) as “probably carcinogenic to humans.” Glyphosate (Round-Up) was used on the playground wood chips at Glen Acres Elementary school in July of 2017.
We do not feel this type of chemical is appropriate around our children and suggest safer options that do not require the use of carcinogenic chemicals. We do not feel the use of this chemical is worth the risk (no matter how big or small). The use of zero% pesticides should be our goal.

I really thought this would just be me yelling at the clouds but seeing all this movement makes me dizzy and honestly it is just overwhelming to see that people actually care about these playgrounds as much as I do. We keep this pressure going because my brain is already spiraling into how we get the district to listen to us once and for all.

Michael DeWalt, the Borough of West Chester, PA has stopped using Round-Up through the efforts of a local group "Don't Spray Me!". West Chester Area School District is the offending party in this situation>
It doesn't matter when you are spraying these very harmful chemicals. Whether you are spraying during school session or during a break you are still polluting the environment with harmful chemicals that can seriously hurt our children, adults, pets, gardens, and other wildlife. Our school gardens full of vegetables are no longer organic after you spray.
Why do you care more about weeds than the health of our children, of our future?
My children play on these playgrounds. I'd rather have weeds than chemo treatments.....
Please stop using Round Up and other deadly chemicals. Children use these areas. Chemicals put them at risk. There are many safe alternatives available.
