In lieu of waiting for solutions, outlined in the St Petersburg Drive Complete Street Project 2024, we the citizens of Oldsmar demand immediate action from the City of Oldsmar.

We demand that stop signs be placed at the intersection of St Petersburg Drive and Bayview. This four way stop will serve as an IMMEDIATE solution to this dangerous intersection as we await the completion of all other adopted solutions under Complete Streets.

Additionally, stop signs to be placed at the end of Bayview and Shore Dr at the trail entryway of R.E. Olds Park. This is an immediate need to protect our children and most vulnerable population crossing to the park every day.

We cannot and will not wait years. We will not wait and see if another tragedy or accident occurs. Placement of these stop signs are needed now.
