This site is for the support group of Mr. Keith D. Pettis, wrongly accused and convicted of Indecent Liberties w/Minor.  Mr Pettis has no criminal history in 42 years.  Mr. Pettis was convicted and sentenced to 20 years imprisonment, after declining a 5 year plea deal for a crime he did not commit. Keith has served his country for 4 years in the United States Navy and has been a pastor in the community for 15 years. Married for 25 years, and has opened his home to help others for over 10 years.  He was a therapeutic foster parent to the victim that claimed he alleged molested her. The case took place in July of 2011 where after one week at trial he was found guilty. During the case Keith was not granted any character witnesses, he was not given expert witness for his defense, there was no pictures taken at the scene of the alleged crime to provide proof the DNA was taken. No evidence to support Mr. Pettis’s innocence was admitted.
