DA MISCONDUCT +LAPD MISCONDUCT+JURY MISCONDUCT+BIAS JUDGE= 90YRS TO LIFE
The 1st trial ended in a 10 not guilty 2 guilty . 2nd trial Guilty. During the retrial motion it was learned that the DA. withheld information about the relocation and payment of their 2 new witnesses from the defense, in the 2nd trial. One of the witnesses was paid $5.000. It was also established that the LAPD withheld information that a witness in the courtroom was hear to say that "He's The Wrong Guy, I've never seen him before." In reference to Matthew ( Brady Violation).
We are seeking to have the Justice Dept. make an inquiry into the past cases that involve, Superior Court Judge Bob S. Bowers Jr. Prosecutor Andrea Pott. Los Angeles Police Detectives Harold Dicroce #26857, Lisa Governo#25535, and Jose Carrillo of the Northeast Police Station. To investigate any other cases that might have been handled by these. To see if there are more innocent people that have been convicted due to (but not limited to and including)the withholding of Information about witnesses and Exculpatory Evidence.

Matthew is still waiting for the truth to be acknowledged while I continue to gather evidence on the misconduct that put him away. This process is grueling but reading your notes reminds me that we are right to demand this inquiry into the system that failed him.

Seeing this momentum grow brings me a sense of hope I have not felt for Matthew in years. It is clear that you recognize the injustice of his conviction and are refusing to let the truth remain buried.

The DA needs to be held accountable for this. withholding evidence is a crime too isnt it? investigate these guys immediately
90 years for a guy who didnt do it. absolute insanity. hope he gets out soon
I been following this case and it is sickening. that judge needs to be looked into for all his other cases too!!
Wrong guy in the courtroom and they knew it?? corrupt from the top down.
