November of last year my son was kidnapped when he went to check the mail by the biological father. Regardless of my six year old baby boy never knowing him the law states no crime has been committed because there was no parental papers. Watching officers walk away stating there was nothing they could do broke my spirt. Inturn the biological had me served with a protection order which made it near impossible to find my son. I still have not seen or spoken to my son and some days it's a struggle to breath without him. This petition I will be taking all the way to Canberra to have introduced Beaus Law which would make it a federal offence for a parent who hasn't been active in a child's life to kidnap them. Please sign and help me on my journey.

Good luck! I am recently separated from my husband & that would honestly be my worst nightmare! I hope your son comes back to you soon.
No one deserves to have their child taken from them, least of all by someone who never made any effort. God speed the day when your son is home with you again.
This makes me so angry. How can the law just turn a blind eye like that?? My heart breaks for you and your little boy. I really hope they change this law soon so no other parent has to go through this living nightmare.
I am glad to sign this as I have seen this many times with my friends and it will be good to bring an end to all the heartbreak.
I don't understand how this is legal in the first place. No petition should be needed. Very sad.

Can't believe no body will stand up for what should be right. That's disgusting to happen to anyone. He needs his mother she is a living caring mother who has been there for him. Cared loved ect just sick that you can allow someone that hasn't bothered raising there child until 6 be. Responsible.
