The lack of coordination between these agencies remains the primary obstacle in reuniting me with my daughter. I am continuing to send formal inquiries to each office to ensure my case files receive the attention they require.

My heart breaks for you. Cant imagine being away from my little one for that long. Praying for a miracle.
How can the system just ignore this?? Get this baby back home to her father where she belongs!

The government offices in this country are a joke. They failed you and they failed that child. Bring her home.
This is absolutely heartbreaking. No parent should have to go through this. I really hope you find her soon.
