Help us stop the cluster housing development named McLean's Way. Cluster housing is incompatible with the Bow Street area neighborhood. The DENSITY of 2.33 housing units per acre is out of character with the existing neighborhood of one + acre lots. The IMPACT on the neighborhood will be felt in appearance, noise and light pollution and the risks to the fragile environment of the site. And, finally, SAFETY will be a very real issue on our rural street from the increased traffic from 24 housing units added to the existing 15 homes.
We do NOT want this housing development! PLEASE HELP US STOP MCLEAN'S WAY.
