Driving past that roundabout again today just made me so angry because it honestly feels like nobody is actually looking at those piles of rot accumulating. I have been fielding so many messages from people who deal with the smell every single morning and honestly I am just trying to figure out which office in the Ministry of Health actually answers the phone when you try to report a literal health hazard like this.

The practice is disgusting. It's provides a harbourage for rodents and other vermin and breedings ground for mosquitoes. What I can't understand is the lack of real sustained action by the public health officials to fix the problem.
Only a matter of time before there's a rat infestation in my neighbourhood Newton Terrace.
I feel that all of them need pay for the next person that leave the highway like that .for last two months that was like that and no one make and attempt to clean it up.so i on board with you
It's really simple, fine whoever sells there. Even if they did not put the shells there. If they're selling there and the hazard remains, fine whoever is around. Lol, bet you it gets clean up then.
This is down right nastiness and a total disregard for the customer health who patronize with them. It needs to STOP NOW!!!
