The practice of coconut vendors leaving their old coconut shells in large heaps off the highway at the Newton roundabout in Christ Church, is plain nastiness and a potential health hazard.
We the people of Barbados demand that the Ministry of Health act in the interest of the citizens and stamp out this very grotesque practice.
