Let me go straight to the points. And I don’t intend to hide the company name while highlighting the errants as I just did straight from the title. EZBuy (formerly 65daigou) was formed by a couple of NUS undergraduates a couple years ago. It’s basically a grown up taobao agent. It provides shipment service for goods purchased from oversea (mostly taobao). If their motto is “buy the whole world”, I guess I won’t hesitate to “tell the whole world” what makes me feel that EZBuy should stop doing:
- Stop using of SMRT premises to conduct their business.
- Stop using HDB carparks to conduct their business.
What do you think HDB carparks are. If every tom, dick and harry's businesses are using HDB carparks to conduct their business and hogging up spaces, soon enough we will see HDB carparks turn into Pasar Malam (Night Market)

There are at least 240+ affected carparks. Everyday ezbuy vans will take up about 30mins hogging a carpark, often affecting the flow of other cars that legitimately want to use the carpark for parking. If HDB is charging ezbuy $10 per carpark per day for mis-using HDB carparks to conduct its business, HDB is looking at $700k - $1m revenue a year.

Ezbuy is a scam. For my case, item shipped out even though I wanted a refund as they didnt promise what they're do. After I receive my parcel I called them numerous times to get them, even went to dhoby ghaut exchange collection point to ask them for a solution, but the plump looking guy with specs have the worst attitude, like as if I owe him a few millions. My overall experience with them was a disaster. All thanks to ezbuy for ruining my wedding. I hope when your kids grows up, their wedding will be x2 ruined.

It is clearly a case of making them pay for their use of commodity they should not otherwise. It's clearly a very in demand store... And since they reach so many peoples.... on 240 site, a gov agency i think...it would be reasonable to think they receive some support from them...

Customer are not given time to check when delivery came late at night.Some items are force to pay extra for delivery after order being confirmed. Customer service are a joke try calling never get through at all how to feedback.
