The result if my plan is put into action will be that it will help the perpetrator know better that domestic violence is something wrong to do, because something bad will happen to them if they do it. They will know it will result in something bad for them, and that they should never do that to a person again. Otherwise, they will think that it is okay. Or even if they know its not okay, they will know that there is a strict consequence that will come their way because of what they did. The perpetrator will be scared to do it because they know that if they do they will have a strict consequence. They will have a motive NOT to do it. It will also decrease the amount of domestic violence that occurs, because then the offender will not want to go to jail because of their actions. They will start to think about what they do before they do it, so then they won’t act impulsively and maybe cost someone their life.
