We, the citizens of the town of Dartmouth, petition the Zoning Board of Appeals to deny the request by Concordia and A T & T to construct a 150 ft. cell tower on the Concordia property at 300 Gulf Road.
It is my understanding that the By-Laws specifically state that a cell tower may not be erected on this property which is designated for maritime use only.
I respectfully request that the Dartmouth Zoning Board of Appeals reject this application and the Town of Dartmouth Planning Board immediately put into place a plan to determine where future communication towers can be located in the town.

Seeing this kind of momentum confirms that the people of Dartmouth will not let our zoning laws be ignored for the sake of a massive tower near our homes. This energy shows that it is not just me who sees the danger to our neighborhood character. We are finally being taken seriously by the people who need to hear us.

Please do not build this tower. This is my home town and there is no need for this and it will tarnish the landscape and beauty of the area. Please!
Keep our neighborhood safe and quiet. We dont want some giant eyesore looming over our houses.
