Comcast thinks they can squeeze us for every penny while they force their own services down our throats. The comments here prove that families are sick of being held hostage by these greedy corporate bullies who have zero respect for their customers.

It isn't fair! "those who use more data pay more. Those who use less data pay less". That's a lie!!! Those who use less data pay the same. Those who use more get screwed. And they are adding this during my contract. Not right!!!
I cannot express how annoyed I am by this. My husband and I both work from home and the internet is essential for our jobs. ComCast - we're breaking up with you.
This data cap is ridiculous. If we already pay too much for cable and Internet why should there be a data cap? Oh yeah...pay $30 more a month and the cap is gone. .what? ??? I already pay $250 a month!!
just went over my limit on data call comcast to ask why. agent told me comcast has set a cap on data. my reaction is I was told I was on unlimited data when I signed up , isn't unlimited ,unlimited??
i already hit my cap and its the middle of the month, with a family of 4 and everything online how can one not hit the cap?
They already throttle bandwidth to large download sites, data limits are artificial ways to suck more money out of the customer. It is not worth staying with Comcast if I can only download a few games a month.
Do not implement data caps or I cancel my service.

They're constantly telemarketing me trying to upsell me to faster service, and now they've subjected me to a data cap without my consent or knowledge? I am cancelling my service because of this. Thanks comcast! WHy on earth would i want faster internet if i cant use it?
