I live in Brevard, NC. Comporium NEEDS to let other companies into our mountainous region. I understand they did the grunt work, however, their services are no longer running at the capacity needed for modern-day business and school.
There are no other options for internet service providers, service is very poor and prices are unreasonably high. We should have the option to use any company willing to operate in this area as American antitrust and monopoly policy indicate.
We have lived here for 30 years and I’m tired of being robbed by Comporium. I pay $70 a month for regular internet. Got rid of Comporium Cable and telephone as soon as I could. No other option for Internet in our area!
I can't get internet in my area because comporium has a lock and I'm not paying fifty bucks a month for thirty mbs when I can get At&t 300mbs for sixty!! This is outrageous and I'm sick of the Monopoly that is Comporium
I need the internet to do my work! I have been paying Comporium so much more $ since I moved to Fort Mill from Lake Wylie with unreliable service! Internet is down and I cannot call their main number, 611 or contact anybody for help! Please END this monopoly and allow more competition so it is fair!
Worst internet company out there, and they say they dont throttle internet, its a lie, there internet is over a dollar per mbps which is hwy robbery when spectrum is a third of the price
Monopolistic, lousy customer service, far too many negatives and far too pricey.

There has been an issue for years, not being able to get a different provider for the area other than Comporium. The problem with this is that this company knows they can jack up pricing and rates because you must pay for it or else do without. Please get some other option available to the people. Thank you!
