Right now with the pandemic, Mediacom should be offering their customers unlimited internet. Their customers are working from home and their children are doing online schooling. When they force the parents to pay for internet when they are at the cap of their internet usage for the month. I find an extremely sad that they are trying to force these parents to pay for more, when we are already in a pandemic and some families cannot afford. this

Seriously mediacom just drop the data caps already! we are struggling enough as it is without paying extra just to get online for work.
