The thought of doubling attendence at a school and raising it well above the stated capacity is mind boggling. This area is already suffering from major traffic congestion as a result of Silicon Beach and Playa Vista. This is a bad idea.

I have worked at a school with co-location. It is almost always bad for the local public school students. They lose needed spaces for services such as speech therapy and computer labs.

Please find another site for CWC. Taking away nine classrooms will unravel the hard work that this community has done to build this school up. These nine classrooms are NOT empty - they are essential to the academic and cultural life of this amazing neighborhood school.

At my daighters we have witnessed separation from both schools. Kids are scared to talk to each other and say hello and that by all means is not a good thing. We have seen the difference in treatment as far as lunches goes. If they are using public school funds shouldn't they be eating the same thing???

This is my 3rd generation at this school! Please don't let us loose any of our rooms or very important special services such as the computer room, art room or our Pals rooms. This is a great school and will continue to grow and be a great school!!!

We need to unite our strength to fight this together. It will not be easy. It will probably take us years to change prop. 39. But we must keep it up as Martin Luther King Jr. and Cesar Chavez did. "Si se puede."
