We, the undersigned, do not support any of the proposed scenarios before the LASD board members.
As such, we ask that the board NOT open Bullis Purissima as the district\'s seventh school. We ask that the board move the Bullis Charter School to the BP site, and use the Egan Camp Site to serve as a temporary location for the district\'s seventh school, a third school for the North end of the District. This would allow other school attendance area borders to remain intact.
To that end, we would support a bond measure that will provide for a permanent location for this new seventh school.
.
I have been reviewing the recent board proposals and continuing to track how these shifts will impact our existing school boundaries. The feedback provided in the comments confirms that protecting the stability of our neighborhoods remains a primary concern for everyone involved.

Ridiculous to keep shifting students around like pawns. Put the charter school at the BP site and leave our schools alone. ENOUGH!

Keep our neighborhoods together. My kids walk to school and I want to keep it that way.

Too much disruption for the neighborhood. There has to be a better way to handle the growth than splitting up our community schools.

The board needs to stop changing the rules on us every single year. Just leave the school boundaries alone for once.

Use the Egan site. It makes way more sense than forcing kids to bus across town.
