My 17 month old Raelynn was a victim of child abuse. I left her with her grandparents and she came back with hand prints in her back and stomach and the cops and DSS closed the case because they said corporal punishment and that it’s legal. Me and my daughters advocate is fighting them to reopen the case. I want to show people by this petition that not only me but you think this is wrong as well.
