Am troubled by your every year increase of payment when the services I receive remain poor
Unreasonable monthly instalments and subscription increament even during inflation. Failure to cover some medications yet not specificied anywhere in their policies

What's informing the bpomas increment because civil servants have not recieved any increment from the government
Yearly increment is not economically sustainable for me as a client when I'm not receiving salary increment annually.

The increment is so incoviniencing. And does not align with current condition of life.
