We have received the worst service from the current BPOMAS administrators.
1. It was poor service delivery
2. Not paying service providers on time
3. Have us (members) pay more than 10% to Services providers
4. Running out of funds for other services or being told you don't have enough money while it's your first time seeking help
5. Stealing of funds from members in the name of Arrears
6. Failure to return funds stolen from members
The increment is so incoviniencing. And does not align with current condition of life.

Yearly increment is not economically sustainable for me as a client when I'm not receiving salary increment annually.
