Currently, as you know, the property is an eye sore. Please add your name/comments to this petition if: {You would support an improved retail situation} at this corner.

The feedback regarding the current state of the Stonewall Tell and Butner corner remains consistent and compelling. I am currently organizing the collected signatures to present them directly to the property ownership group. This documentation serves as a clear indication that our community expects a higher standard for local retail development.

The level of support for this retail improvement project has grown significantly beyond my initial expectations. It is clear that our community shares a unified vision for the future of the Stonewall Tell and Butner corner. This momentum provides a strong foundation as I prepare to present our collective position to the property owner.

This is long overdue. That entire plaza needs to be completely rebuilt. The appearance does not represent this community.
The community deserves owners who are willing to invest in their property as well as the community. Those properties are a true eye sore.
I don’t shop at Young’s they don’t care about the community. They are rude and they sell a lot of expired food get rid of them
I definitely support an upgrade of the businesses, the landscape and repaving of the entire area. Painting, cleaning up and much more.
Yes, an upgrade in landscape and streetlights will help improve the Bunter Rd. Plaza. Also, Another Broken Egg restaurant or a New York Deli will be nice too.
The entire shopping center is an eye sore including the gas station. It does not belong in our community.

I also agree with improvements needed! Its not safe..the corner store is basically robbing residents of the community with their prices. Parking lot is jacked up. We deserve better!!
