Please sign this petition and show your support for a very needed Boutique Senior Living project
on Buford Highway in Brookhaven, a corridor that is overdue for re-development. By supporting this project, not only will you be helping bring a state of the art senior community to Brookhaven, but will also help develop an area which has dragged down the property values of many Brookhaven sub divisions for decades.

Orchard at Tucker is very supportive of local schools, government and social groups. Brookhaven would benefit from having Orchard as part of its community!
So glad the Orchard is willing to invest millions of dollars into a project on Buford Highway. One step closer to making Buford Highway a positive attraction in Atlanta.

I strongly support this petition. Brookhaven does not have affordable assisted living options for the community. The Orchard in Tucker is gorgeous and has tremendous support from its neighbors and the community. It would have been wonderful if this facility had been open when my parents were alive. As a Brookhaven resident I believe that we need more services to support our aging population, that having services close to family is critical and that this is attractive, low impact development that will be nothing but positive for the City of Brookhaven.
