1. All current and new contracts. (We have received one (Reinhart) and the actual cost was 8,987 dollars, not the 10,000 reported by the developer as the actual cost.
2. The developer added a 6K cushion to pay himself and Carrie a salary. We have requested that is removed as that cannot occur.
3. The original amount be reinstated, as bylaws require a notice, meeting, and 3/4 vote. None which was done.
4. An annual meeting with the developer to have our concerns addressed.
