ACTION ALERT!!! PLEASE READ, CALL AND EMAIL!! DEMAND THE ARREST OF STEVE SCHULAK: COURSE OF EVENTS: On about November 28, 2011, Jeff and Whitney were exiting their car in front of their sister's home in Maricopa county, AZ. Both of them had their hands full when their dog Bubba also got out of the car with them. A man, later known to be STEVE SCHULAK, was walking by with his approximately 2-yr... old daughter on his shoulders. Bubba in his friendly way walked up to the man and Bubba's Daddy said to the man, oh he just wants to say hello, just let him sniff you. The man put out his hand and Bubba sniffed away and the man waved and kept walking.

One week later on December 5, 2011, Bubba and his cousin the puggie Jersey got out of the yard. According to the police report, they headed toward a neighbor's home that had dogs and went to sniff out the situation. The neighbor's dogs were inside so they went right up to the window and all the dogs started barking.

According to the police report, across the street was STEVE SCHULAK with his car parked in his garage. The dogs apparently went across the street toward him. STEVE SCHULAK proceeded to his trunk of his car and pulled out a revolver firearm and discharged the firearm once. Puggie must have ran away fast enough. STEVE SCHULAK would later say that since the dog did not "go down" he discharged the weapon three more times. Bubba was hit in the shoulder and another bullet entered his temple. He laid dead in the driveway with blood running down the cement to the street.

According to the police report, the neighbor who had the dogs inside across the street came outside after hearing the four shots. The police department arrived and took a report. They proceeded to have animal control arrive and retrieve Bubba's body. They then visited with neighbors to inform them what had had happened and they ran into Bubba's Daddy Jeff. The PD informed Jeff of his dog's tragic death and Jeff almost collapsed in grief, crying.

There are still so many questions that surround the tragic murder of Bubba. Why would STEVE SCHULAK murder a dog that he just met one week before? He told the PD that he had recent back surgery and was scared the dog might knock him over and that is why he shot the dog dead. But the bullet that killed Bubba entered his temple from the side, clearly proof that the dog was not coming toward STEVE SCHULAK at all.

It is also unclear if Bubba was even on STEVE SCHULAK'S property when he first discharged his revolver.

It is unclear why the police department did not arrest STEVE SCHULAK for RECKLESS ENDANGERMENT when his own children and the two children of Jeff and Whitney were within 150 feet of the murder of Bubba with four shots fired in a residential area.

We are sick and tired of seeing police officers become judge and jury on the streets of America and DEMAND THAT THE POLICE DEPARTMENT AND/OR THE SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT ARREST STEVE SCHULAK FOR:

RECKLESS ENDANGERMENT
ANIMAL CRUELTY

Surely a civil suit will be filed regarding the emotional devastation that Bubba's Mom and Dad and two daughters have now endured as a result of Bubba's wrongful death.

On December 9, 2011, STEVE SCHULAK walked back and forth past the residence of Jeff and Whitney. He was able to get Jeff within vocal distance and stated, "I just wanted to apologize" and "I want to keep the peace in the neighborhood." To which Bubba's Dad stated, "I am not speaking to you but peace does not include guns. Happy holidays." STEVE SCHULAK muttered okay and walked toward his house. Jeff had the presence of mind to capture him on film basically admitting guilt by apologizing for his actions.

WE DEMAND JUSTICE FOR BUBBA AND NOTHING LESS THAN THE ARREST AND TRIAL BY JURY OF STEVE SCHULAK WILL DO.

PLEASE CONTACT THE FOLLOWING AGENCIES TO DEMAND
1) THAT STEVE SCHULAK BE ARRESTED FOR RECKLESS ENDANGERMENT AND ANIMAL CRUELTY,
2) THAT POLICE OFFICERS SHOULD NOT PLAY JUDGE AND JURY, THAT THIS CASE BELONGS IN A COURT OF LAW,
3) THAT WE BELIEVE STEVE SCHULAK TO BE A DANGEROUS INDIVIDUAL.

Remember we are DIPLOMATS AND AMBASSADORS TO THE ANIMAL RIGHTS COMMUNITY, PROFESSIONAL IN OUR WORDS AND DEEDS. We are demanding he be arrested from the Chief of Police Roy Minter and INFORMING the other agencies of our NAME AND PHONE NUMBER that STEVE SCHULAK SHOULD BE ARRESTED:
